Eligible Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered

Return Window

  • Returns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used items
  • Minor cosmetic issues that do not affect usage

 

Exchange Process

If your return is approved:

  • We will arrange an exchange for the same item (if available)
  • If unavailable, a suitable alternative or refund may be offered
